What Charter Spectrum did:
I went into the {{ address hidden }} store in bakersfield, CA and rep. Marco ***** started helping. He had the worst customer service I have ever experience and Wendy the manager did not have the best, either. I asked to speak to the manager and Wendy came out and talked to me. She assured that she will prorate my plan, so when I asked Marco to call her out so she can do it. He told me she had left for the day and there was no other manger available for me to speak to. I found it extremely weird that there would not be a manager/supervisor available for customers to be helped and employees to be supervised.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

a refund or give me the priced that was promised.
