What Chase Bank did:
I have held the Chase Marriott Bonvoy card for many years withno issues and a good credit record . Then this year I got a notice that my card was cancelled. I inquired and found out that I hadn’t made payments for several months. I have always had auto pay so never stopped to check any statements on line. Chase claimed I cancelled auto pay which I didn’t and had no reason to. My credit ratings have now been damaged because of these non payments.

What Chase Bank did:
They charged me fees that were over 300% more than the charge disarming financially because they cost they kept taking my money which left me a position to not be able to pay other bill Which cost more fees other places cause I was unable to pay my bills with money that I expected to have

I want my money back I want to sue them

What Chase Bank did:
I opened an account and did a mobile deposit. The check was out on hold and so was my account was flagged and blocked. The check cleared and the funds ($3770.00) were paid. Chase will not give me access to the funds. The check is from Texas Rent Relief and because of them I was evicted after being approved for assistance. I can’t get any answers and they will not release my account or money.

What Chase Bank did:
Cashed a 401k check and then told me that the funds were not valid. Closed my account and still have my money, this all happened on oct 26 th 2021. Told me the check was being sent back to the “maker” and when I called transamerica they said chase already cashed it and cleared it. But chase has been giving me the run around on my money. Saying it will be mailed then said it’s sent to collections. No one will give me a forward answer. The check was for 2,942.
