What Chase Bank did:
I have held the Chase Marriott Bonvoy card for many years withno issues and a good credit record . Then this year I got a notice that my card was cancelled. I inquired and found out that I hadn’t made payments for several months. I have always had auto pay so never stopped to check any statements on line. Chase claimed I cancelled auto pay which I didn’t and had no reason to. My credit ratings have now been damaged because of these non payments.
