What Citibank did:
I started a checking account with Citi in September 2021. I made 2 deposits of 2500 and 200. I received a letter from Cit dated 10-18-2021 stating my account was closed and refunds would be sent through mail with in 10 business days. After no refunds were sent, I called customer number(s) several times. I was told to sent proof of identity. I followed the instructions on the email. After 10 business days on 12-2-21 I still have no resolution and all calls I am making are hours of being on hold with no answer. 3 months of trying to get my money back.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Refund my $2700
