What Direct auto did:
I had Insurace with the company. They was charging me and apparently I never had service with them. I kept receiving emails and calls to make payment or they was going to cancel my services. I kept calling asking why they canceling when I already paid. When I called to make a report on a accident they said I wasn’t insured with no insurance. They still charged me with no help and have to pay out of pocket for the incident.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
