What Suddenlink did:
My bill keeps going up after I have a zero balance. Last month it was 148.00. Nov. this month it goes back up to 402.68 Dec. they refuse to send me a paper bill after I asked numerous times hard to understand customer service

What Suddenlink did:
I have 2 issues. I started my service on 4/7/21. I was suppose to receive a $200 gift card for 3 months of on time payments. Its 12/2/21 and still no gift card after countless calls. The other issue was the outset hub was bad and it took over 5 months of calls 4 regular techs came out and submitted work order requests but the advanced tech never came out to replace the hub. Was promised a discount for my bad service after it was taken care of and haven’t received that either.
