What Xfinity by Comcast did:
I disconnected service on 10/4/21 but had paid, in advance, as is their policy and have been awaiting a refund of $88.43 since. I have called, emailed, and visited a local store and have been promised a refund but have yet to receive it to date.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I would like to receive my refund. If it was me who was late with my payment, my service would have been disconnected immediately.
