What ADT did:
In November of 2019 burglars broke into our vacation home. We found out in April 2020. They ripped out the wiring for the ADT system and our landline phone. We were never notified that ADT was not in contact with our system. The burglars then vandalized and emptied our house. Literally. We are still dealing with this, and the insurance claim will be over $100,000. ADT kept sending us monthly bills, then turned our account over to collections. Customer service offered to sell us and upgraded system. I want ADT to pay for the inevitable rise in our premiums. Thank you,
