What Capital One did:
Capital One is notorious for charging excessive fees and not willing to work with customers of >10 years to resolve the issues. Customer service(Mark) has offered no support and is ok with losing me as customer. I will go somewhere else and support another card company.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
A refund of the recent service charges.
