Postmates Complaint

What Postmates did:
I drove for Postmates delivering food for a few months, but I did not receive four payments from October to November of 2020. The payments were done through direct deposit, but four payments never made to my bank account nor to the bank. They provided me the trace ID numbers which I checked with my bank and the bank stated that these numbers do not exist in their system. I tried several times to resolve the issue directly with them, but no success.

October 26, 2020, for the amount $42.40, Oct. 19, 2020, for the amount of $662.69, Nov. 2, 2020, for the amount of $21.86, and Nov. 9, 2020 for the amount of $10.63

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

Receive the amount that they own me with interest and your fees.
