What CenturyLink did:
I newly open my account for this company and I never use the internet I paid for it because it doesn’t accept in the apartment I’m in they only accept one different internet company and I called this company and told them to cancel my internet and do me a refund they never did

What CenturyLink did:
They continued to charge me for services after I terminated service and was not using the modem but never sent me a return label. So I kept waiting for a return label and eventually forgot until I’d get a bill in the mail and the cycle would continue further. Now I owe them quite a bit but was able to get a technician to take the equipment thus receiving no bills forward.

All debt left with CenturyLink since the term service date in 2019
