What AT&T did:
They shut my phone off over a $60.00 past due balance it’s so ridicules it cost me more to get back on I told them to take my car Wi-Fi off my account and it’s still on there they want my money but never do anything about it.

What AT&T did:
They charged me a insurance replacement device charge in September, I called into customer service the customer service representative worked with Asurion which is the insurance company. They said they have located the device in their warehouse, now fast forward in November of this year they put the charges on my account again set the email claiming that they did not receive the device.
Coming to find out United Postal lost the phone supposedly I gave them the tracking number that was sent with my replacement device to send back the old device they cut my service and it would not allow me to switch over to a new carrier

Hidden charges and fees, I was told that after the first month my bill would be a certain amount, right now my bill is $170 FOR WHAT!!! When you call it’s like they don’t understand!!! I have an iPhone 12 max pro

Stop charging people a month before time , give ppl time to pay the first bill

What AT&T did:
They made an arrangement with att for a bill on November 30, 2021. I also canceled services on November 30, 2021. They denied they made the payment arrangement. They denied I canceled services. Both of which I have on record. I spoke with 4 different people today and I have the entire chat session screen shot with the day and time stamp. They have disconnected my services and charged a reconnect fee illegally by claiming they do not have record of the arrangement or chat. Which I also have them on record stating they do not have the previous chat on record. They are now extorting funds from me for the services I disconnected. Promising after I pay they will credit my account. And also wanting payment 12 days before the arrangement date, to restore services they wrongly disconnected.

An apology and a statement from their main offices on ALL social media platforms- that they will no longer provide disrespectful, unethical, and rude customer service to their customers.

What AT&T did:
AT&T, through Prime Communications, lied to us, and set up my partner’s account as a personal account, instead of a business account, but, told us it would be a business account. We found out that it was set up as a personal account once we got our first bill. My partner was signed up for services he didn’t ask for at all. We fell behind on our service when the credits to fix the financial problems created weren’t applied in time. This caused my partner to lose income, and, it has caused us undue financial hardship, as well as stress.

I continue to receive text messages that read
(1) or more of your device(s) has been hacked! Use McAfee AntiVirus to protect your data: mlbl1.xyz/mIgjLv5sXZ! I’m also receiving text messages that say.. thanks for your payment (with someone’s else’s info) and my information is on the Dark web and I have proof to show you.

My phone was hacked and my information is on the dark web, So I don’t know how I can be reimbursed?

AT&T home internet is not the best internet to have in my opinion. My family has been with AT&T for several years. But lately it’s been so slow and resets itself also and I don’t know the reason. And for our bill to come 50$ a month for slow internet. No thank you

They sold me a phone I was informed it was 1.00 a month on promotion. Never received promotion I’ve contacted them serval times concerning this matter. I’ve been pay really price a month for this phone. They are liars and thief’s. I can’t wait to get out this contract.

What AT&T did:
They have been double charging me 4 month. I tried many different way and methods to solve and all I get is hung up on or hold on we are working on it. I never get help. 2 months ago I stopped service and sold them back there phones and they are still charging me $500 per month.
Yesterday I paid my internet bill and when I got home 3 hrs later it still wasn’t on. Then I called ND they said I never paid it
