AT&T Claim for Compensation
What AT&T did:
In September, 2021, i was offered to upgrade my iphone 11 pro max to a iphone 13 pro max.
ATT offered a trade in value on my old phone of USD$1000.00 and I would have a monthly increase on my bill of USD$3.00.
I was in the ATT store located at {{ address hidden }}, Cedar Hill Texas 75104, on September 29, 2022 to turn in my old iphone to be eligible for the $1000,00 credit.
They had requested for me to wait up to 2 billing cycles for the new price of 3 dollars to show correctly on my bill.
A short time later I got in contact with ATT customer service because I noted that I was given a credit of USD $750.00 and not the agreed iupon value of $1000.00. the attendant requested that I wait up to 2 billing cycles for the correct credit of $1000,00 as well as the credit for the diffence of $3.00 to
after three billing cycles.
Summing up:
They never corrected the amount on my account since September and today I was surprised with an email saying that I would be charged for the device that I didn’t return.
Even though I have the receipt I returned to the store on September 29th .
