What AT&T did:
In September, 2021, i was offered to upgrade my iphone 11 pro max to a iphone 13 pro max.
ATT offered a trade in value on my old phone of USD$1000.00 and I would have a monthly increase on my bill of USD$3.00.
I was in the ATT store located at {{ address hidden }}, Cedar Hill Texas 75104, on September 29, 2022 to turn in my old iphone to be eligible for the $1000,00 credit.
They had requested for me to wait up to 2 billing cycles for the new price of 3 dollars to show correctly on my bill.
A short time later I got in contact with ATT customer service because I noted that I was given a credit of USD $750.00 and not the agreed iupon value of $1000.00. the attendant requested that I wait up to 2 billing cycles for the correct credit of $1000,00 as well as the credit for the diffence of $3.00 to
after three billing cycles.
Summing up:
They never corrected the amount on my account since September and today I was surprised with an email saying that I would be charged for the device that I didn’t return.
Even though I have the receipt I returned to the store on September 29th .

What AT&T did:
In March 2021, we provided AT&T with 4 old phones with 700 dollars off each line. In November, we were no longer receiving cellular data and messaging on any of the 4 lines, despite paying for the service (with all payments being complete and on-time). Despite contacting customer support and advanced technical support, issues were not resolved. We switched to Verizon in December. Now, AT&T has sent a bill of $3300, despite the fact that we switched to Verizon due to lack of service from November 22nd-December 20th.

What AT&T did:
They messed up my phone service and every time i try to get them to fix it they put me on hold and pass me around like it is a joke. I have been on the phone with them for 4 hours at a time. Employees laughing at customers. Im getting double charged. All I wanted them to do is fix my account. How hard is that. Please let me know what you can do ***-***-****

I want to go after them for my time, lying, being double charged, laughing at me, and the stress they caused

What AT&T did:
At&t sent a replacement phone to the wrong address (that I did not ask for) due to the upcoming 3G shutdown. The call center employee was horrible with me and sent the phone and the new SIM card to the wrong address. The new SIM card self activated after 3 weeks and rendered my current sim card immediately deactivated. This put me in an awful position whereby I could not work, contact my family, or protect myself by having no means of communication. I am still trying to track down the replacement phone after over 7 hours on the phone and visiting the in store representatives. I have had to waste 2 working days trying to solve this problem. I had to borrow another person’s phone so that I could get a new sim card put in this phone and re-establish contact. I was promised a Samsung Galaxy S9 as a replacement. I have yet to receive it and customer service has bounced me around exactly 21 times over a 72 hour period.

It shows I have a balance with AT&T. I’ve never had service with AT&T. 20 years with Sprint then switched to Verizon. Billing account: ********. My phone was compromised in 2019 and I had to go to bank and get straightened up.

What AT&T did:
So I signed up for AT&T for the pixel 6 , I did went trough the process paid for the phone , was expected to be delivered November 30th , December the second I get a notification email that they canceled my order , being late to deliver and after having paid for the phone they refunded only $27 dollars for what I’ve paid more than $75 , so they stole over $50 from me , plus the situation that I’ve been put on , my wife was waiting on the phone , contacted AT&T plenty of times and no one give me an explanation , nor my money back

What AT&T did:
AT&T continues to increase my Bill EVERY MONTH…. When I call and speak to someone, they will tell me my Bill will lowered once I pay the amount they want , then when the next month comes, not change my bill and force me to pay another ridiculous amount of extra unnecessary charges.

Base on my bank statements and invoice I keep getting charged after I just pay my bill, and AT&A keeps claiming that I’m behind 2 payments, including iPhone 12 Pro Max payment cellular, Apple Watch and the line services. To add on they suspended my services.

What AT&T did:
II called AT&T for a payment arrangement to help with making my funds stretch responsibly and the representatives I spoken with lied about what the amount of the payment arrangement is for and not correctly place the payment to automatically be withdrew which caused me to have a miss payment and my service to be suspended. Which also will require me to pay a reconnection fee. They claim there was a text sent but there was no information sent to me even with a reminder about payment either. Now with all this being down I will have negative remarks on my account looking like I don’t keep my arrangements and withholding me from any positive incentives. And this is not the first time this has happened either.

Fix my account status and put me back as a great standing customer. Refund of reconnection fees.

I had a phone that was stolen and couldn’t get a replacement they didn’t work with me to figure something out or to split payments, after a while they added it to collections and destroyed my credit report drastically for $1,200 and I’ve been working to fix this problem for a while.

They are charging me alot of $ and they breached my account security and allowed access to my account to someone who was not authorized. I had my account settings on a certain way and someone called in and changed it and shouldn’t have had access to the account. They also incurred extra charges. I was the only decision maker and they breached my security
