What Charter Spectrum did:
I have had spectrum for almost 2years now. I started with a 49.99 deal for internet only after my 12 months was up I was told my bill wouldn’t change due to I had signed up for low income benifits program. For the first couple months I was paying 54.99 then I get hit with a 69.99 plus $5 for wifi so Noe my bill has been kuming 84.99 which is ridiculous. I’ve contacted spectrum and seem to not get the quality customer support that should be offered. I’ve had my service suspend due to late payment in which I was aware due to covid that should habe been un accepable. I have a school aged child that uses internet to complete her schooling threw zoom to connect with her teacher. Ive made payable payments since them bit still have a past due amount every month due to being overcharged.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

A credit to my account for overcharged service being inrolled in program for low income price of service for tje last 12 months.
