Verizon Fios Claim for Compensation
What Verizon Fios did:
Verizon Fios never seems to understand me. I am a loyal customer and yet they take small payments/fees for no reason. I have been using their service for a little over 5 years and it’s a constant fee of 9.99 and I know it’s not a subscription because I only have Cable with them. I was promised good service and I gave them 5 years and some change and yet have they pleased me.
