What Select Home Warranty did:
I contracted with them for repair or replacement of major home appliances. On Oct. 30 2021 I filed a claim for a non-working home heating system. I have spoken to them every week and always get the same answer. ” give us 24 hours to get a service tech to look at your furnace. It’s been more than 2 months now since I filed the claim. I need help getting this company to perform contracted services.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

Either a full refund, actually repair or replace my heating system or both.
And Select Home Warranty needs to stop selling a product that they can’t supply. they lie to get your money and then don’t supply the contracted services.
