Celebrity Cruise Lines Won’t Let Me Cancel

What Celebrity Cruise Lines did:
My wife and I purchased cruise tickets prior to Covid. We are now being told the cruise will not let us cruise unless we are vaccinated. However, I purchased the tickets before Covid. How can they change the contract after I had paid in full. I would have never bought the tickets if I knew then what I know now. My wife and I stand to lose $4000. I have now reached out to the SCDCA and the BBB. Neither have done anything to help. The SCDCA told me to read the fine print in the future (which is as unprofessional as possible). All we want is to get our hard-earned money back. I am not asking for anything special. If I did this to a customer the law would never allow it. How is it being allowed by these types of services?? This is very unfair changing the rules after I have paid in full. Please, please, please help us!! We cannot afford to lose $4000.
