Rent-A-Center Overcharged Me / Hidden Fees

What Rent-A-Center did:
They damaged the couch upon delivery and showed up in a white unmarked box truck. Upon pick up (because I found a better deal and quality service through Aarons) and they damaged the couch even more. The store manager Jessica is extremely rude and made threats to me on new years eve the day they claim they never picked up the couch. I called the police and the officer told me there was no crime because they picked it up. Called their complaint line spoke to the district manager and the situation was still ignored and not handled. They show up at my home every single day and call me anywhere between 3 to 6 times a day. when I answer they demand different amounts of money and have increased over $100 just in less than a month when I was on monthly payments. Jessica is highly rude and demands payment for a couch they received already. Also, the last time I called corporate there were other Items added to my account that I never even asked about. Jessica has had me in tears more than once over the situation. I am a domestic violence survivor and I have severe anxiety and PTSD already this treatment is unfair. I don’t understand why they are doing this to me just because I did not want their junk anymore and found better service I am being treated like a common criminal with them.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

I want the money spent on the damaged product back if not I would be satisfied with them just leaving me alone and accept the fact I don’t want their business and mark my account as returned and stop harassing me about paying for something I one never had and two the one I did have was given back.
