What American Home Shield did:
We paid our online fee for a service request and paint monthly. They never came out and performed the service and will not give our money back. They are refusing to resolve this issue. Service was requested sine May 28 2021, today is July 28 2021, and they are still refusing to honor the service request for unknown reasons.
We needed a built-in microwave replaced. It’s worth over $400. I actually spoke on the phone with the contractor from Delta Services, I have text messages from this guy promising that he was coming out to check it out, then he asked me to send pictures of the microwave and he promised he would just replace it. He said he ordered parts, but how do you do that when you never came to look at the microwave to see what was wrong?? I have all these text messages saved in my phone. When I call home shield, they just put me on hold now.
