What AT&T did:
We ordered phones and open up an account we was told that they would be to us in 2 or 3 days one phone was red the red phone wouldn’t deliver till December we found out we try to cancel and u haft to have an account to cancel to get an account u got to have a active phone number we called they hung up on them transfer us to the loyalty team witch we knew couldn’t help and stated that because we are new customer
