AT&T Claim for Compensation

What AT&T did:
I obtained permission to record several audio calls where I was talking to AT&T loyalty department and customer service. In the conversations I was told I was to receive a cell phone for a specific price and that did not happen. I was also told I would have my bill lowered which never happened I was offered things at certain prices later never to receive those promises I also got a visa credit card when I first signed up and it’s like they raised my bill just to consume the funds at any rate I would excoect to be compensated for the full 800$ dollars I payed for the phone and I want compensation for the unlock prices I payed!
