AT&T Claim for Compensation

What AT&T did:
They say I have an account that Is past due on my credit report for $1404. I never bought anything from them on credit! its making my credit score go down. I cant get a loan to buy a house because it is impacted my credit report. I have tried to dispute this but it just keeps coming back on there. I did not open this account, it was fraud. I want this off my credit report or they’re gonna have to pay me money because they’re making my life miserable because I can’t get alone nothing because of it and I didn’t even do it.

Take that negative stuff off my credit report ASAP.
