AT&T Claim for Compensation
What AT&T did:
We added a phone line (taking my account to 3 lines) 28 months ago. The store added a 4th line by mistake. The manager, Jose would issue credit for this mistake since a new phone was tied to the mistaken line. I’ve paid hundreds of extra fees over these almost 3 years. Also I’ve attempted to cancel that line 4 times and have paid two plans at once doubling my bill, then paying again for a double plan. I get the run around at the store and on customer service
