AT&T Claim for Compensation
What AT&T did:
I went into the AT&T store and ask for a copy of my phone bill. I needed it for identification purposes for unemployment. They denied me a copy of my own phone bill.
I return to the store and ask the clerk to provide me a written statement that he denied me my phone bill copy and sign it. He provided me with the written statement.
Because I had to print my phone bill and did not have a printer. I had to pay $75 for a printer to copy it.
If you have to call AT&T they will need my password for my account. Rather a code end it is ********.
Thank you
