AT&T Claim for Compensation
What AT&T did:
I went into my local AT&T store in Bardstown Kentucky. I requested a copy of my phone bill. I do not have a printer and I needed this for a form of ID verification for unemployment. They denied me a copy of my own phone bill.
I was very frustrated and left the store in called AT&T to see if this was a policy. No one there including a supervisor can you tell me if this was a policy or not.
I went back to the store and asked the supervisor to provide me a written statement telling me that he denied me a copy of my own phone bill. He provided me the paper and I left the store.
Because I needed a copy of my phone bill I was forced to buy a printer to print it out. They told me from the phone support department that they would mail me a copy. However it was useless since it would not be here on time.
