What AT&T did:
Once I added an additional line and newer updated iPhone to my account my phone has been glitching. I have the 8plus and the new version is the 11. I’ve had the iPhone 8 for over a year and never had an issue. Once the 11 was added my phone constantly shuts off, freezes and does not load pages.
