AT&T Claim for Compensation

What AT&T did:
My account was flagged as fraud and my phone services were turned off in the middle of the day because of this. No one wants to tell me and help me understand why it was flagged as fraud. I spoke with a guy named David on 07/28/2021 who says that even though I didn’t give them authorization agents had already looked into my account and he could not tell me why it was flagged . In April 2021 at&t had to cancel my cellphone account and create me a new one due to one of their agents telling me my new address wasn’t serviced by at&t internet. Once multiple people looked into and deemed it to be AT&T’s fault the old account was cancelled and a new one was created . Because of that is why I believe this happened to me. It caused a huge mishap and I had to pay for new phones with a new company because of this. It was also an emotional distress because I had a family member 14 hours away from me with no phone nor anyway for us to contact each other.
