AT&T Claim for Compensation

What AT&T did:
I bought brand new iPhone 10 not long after it came out. I owned the device for 2 weeks and all of a sudden the screen goes completely black. I had a return policy that if I didnt like the phone or whatever I could give it back. I was literally one day past that date and they would not give me my money back or a new phone. I couldn’t afford my deductible either at the time. And they didnt help me out with that either. So basically I bought over 1000 dollar phone and used it for 13 days. Was super frustrating.
