What AT&T did:
3 representatives gave different info on same order placed for smartphones and phones prepaid service. I’m disgusted and with being an existing customer I expected better more accurate service. The hold time on the calls to att were extremely long. Occurred 2 weeks ago

Past credit history needs to be deleted. Over time on credit report. Made improvements
