Comcast Claim for Compensation
What Comcast did:
They charged me 2 x in 1 month for the exact same amount when I called them they told me it would be taken care of, nothing has happend. I’ve also noticed I’m being charged for shows and movies that are supposed to be in my packaged bundle, the service is awful, they told me just upgrade my services to avoid this. Hopefully you can help I don’t reccomend Comcast for nothing I’ve had Comcast for awhile and this has been happening for a long time and I just been payin it but it’s getting out of reach
