Comcast Claim for Compensation

What Comcast did:
A lot of times our internet lags like when my kids are playing their xboxes. Every few months I have to call in because our speed is nowhere near what it should be. I try to fix it myself but it never works and then you are on with a representative trying to fix it and then asking you if you tried to fix it. I did but I do not work for Comcast.
