Frontier Communications Claim for Compensation

What Frontier Communications did:
TheyRefused to take it off my credit report due to the fact there’s a Covid/pandemic going on. They refused to make a settlement to take a small amount off so I can pay it off to straighten up my credit. Due to the pandemic credit has been decreased due to the use of it and the lack of funding from the government.
