What Hotels.com did:
This is the second room and also my last one with them, the building was burned down near my section and daughter taken a picture of a bed bug. Vista Inn Hotel canceled my rooms and sent a refund to Hotels.com. That was on July 3rd 2021. As of today I am keep getting false info that my refund will be given. Not only that I made sure I paid for insurance further three day stay. I am seeking $616 in a refund. The manager name Patel at Vista Inn in Hermitage, TN statedt they have already sent the refund.
