Optimum Claim for Compensation
What Optimum did:
Optimum offered me a plan as low as $34.99 for internet service so I can work from home. They have now increased my bill and added charges that I don’t even see where they are coming from. I found a covid benefit program to assist further that they never informed to me and that representative informed me of other charges that were added and I still never got that discount. I called several times 7/27/21 to resolve issue for the last time and they disconnected on me five times and now will not terminate my service and now im unable to work.
