What PayPal did:
PayPal wrongfully took two payments out of my account, putting my account in a negative balance. These payments were sent to me by Amazon sellers in exchange for a review on their items. I then, bought the items & reviewed them as agreed upon. There is absolutely no reason why this money should have been taken from my account.
