What Sprint did:
I was a long time customer but then we left them after our lease was up I sent all the phones back but one that one I paid out right for. After that I started getting a bill from them each month I had a lady call to collect on the $950 bill and I asked her why I was still getting billed each month and she said that she didn’t know and couldn’t do anything to stop it but after that call my bill didn’t go up any more then it already was
