Suddenlink Claim for Compensation

Suddenlink Claim for Compensation

What Suddenlink did:
I am a student with little to no income. I pay people to stay at there home. I just recently stop indulging in illegal drugs and being homeless trying to turn my life around. I was approved for the emergency broadband program and yet suddenlink turned me down for applying it to my account. I don’t believe that is right. Then I called them numerous times to help me extend the help of using it to begin maybe a different plan and I was refused. I would like to know why they disconnected services when I had just spoken with a representative about my problem and was told that I would be just billed extra for the payments. I’m 50 dollars behind when actually I was not supposed to begin payments until my 60 days would be completely up. Well my 60 days weren’t up when I received the 1st bill not to mention the internet service provided was not good with the box cutting off on it’s on sometimes and buffering in the middle of movies that are being paid by the other tenant which causes money to be wasted. I demand something to be done. And that my service be reconnected due to the disconnection I’ve not been able to do my class work and may be dropped because I’ve missed 7 consecutive days of class. That is ridiculous that I must suffer consequences of being back to square one
