What Suddenlink did:
Had cable put in May 19. Took 2 weeks to get it to work. Had cable about 2 weeks and it was turned off. Then in Juky you took miney out of my bank account of ovet $117.00 but never turned cable back on. WHY?????? I was promised my bill wouldn’t be over $60.00 per month plus $5.00 fee for phone. Never got it either. I want all this matter cleared up and all monies paid back but still want cable and phone free for One Year. plus internet. That would be equal for non service. And I don’t want any more money taken off my card.

I want all monies taken off my bank card plus free cable, phone and internet for one year
