T-Mobile Claim for Compensation
What T-Mobile did:
I switched over in December 2020 I have had maybe 4 to 10% service since I signed up when I did they assured me they had new towers up an running in my area they did not I was told repeatedly they were fixing it I can’t make calls data never works phone doesn’t work outside my home either no service they admitted to me one an over the towers were not working they did credit me 400$ out of the 800$+ I paid fir this has cost me work clients an money for services I did not get not to mention the complete false representation of towers being finished up an running I get the run around my bill goes up for the sane service constantly my time an jobs lost I’m estimating at 1500$ In all reality probably much more they said even if I had 4% service that I got what I paid for because I had some service absolutely the worst cell phone company ever
