What T-Mobile did:
My account with T mobile has 3 telephone lines and voluntary suspension of international telephone calls, for 15 months we have paid $ 209 a fixed month, recently we asked to add a new line to my account, and the next invoice came for $ 800 claiming that the line incorporated had made international calls. We filed the claim because my account has expressly suspended international calls, and T mobile’s response was that they would make an adjustment of $ 100, for me that was a joke and I was forced to switch to ATT acquiring new phones. But we will not pay the excess or the financed phones that are blocked for other operators.
