T-Mobile Claim for Compensation

What T-Mobile did:
I had a block on my sim card they helped me out gave me a passcode to put in . Then not the next day but the following one after that i turned my phone on and it was asking for a sim pin and i never set one. I then called metro pcs customer service and they are telling me i have to wait 72 hours because my account is locked. i paid 60$ for this month and shouldnt have to wait 3 days because metro wants to keep locking up my sim card this happened 7/14/21
