T-Mobile Claim for Compensation

What T-Mobile did:
GOT AN IPHONE 11 , I GET NO SIGNAL IN MT HOME , CALLED TMOBILE THEY SAID THEY WERE WORKING ON TOWERS AND I SHOULD GIVE THEM 10 DAYS, 2 WEEKS LATER STILL NO SIGNAL
NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME I HAD 2WEEKS TO RETURN PHONE AND THEY WON’T TAKE IT BACK!!!!
