What T-Mobile did:
I have had issues with the phone since I got it back in February 2021. They suggested it was a manufacturer issue on several occasions. and i took it in to be fixed under the manufacturer warranty 2x. The problems have not stopped. My data freezes if it even comes on at all. I constantly kicked off the internet and my calls drop and cut in and out no matter where i am or what i am doing. My battery dies after 2 hours fully charged. My hot spot turns itself off. My phone gets so hot it goes into protection mode 3x a day. And I have called in and had network resets several times i asked to switch to a different phone and was denyed. These issues were from the moment i unboxed the device. And now they want me to pay $180 for crappy service and a crappy device!? I want 5 months free as 5 months is how long i have been with them. And i want a new free upgrade to a better phone. Lg stylo 6 or galaxy s21 ultra preferably. I have been the perfect customer never late on payment always early!
