T-Mobile Claim for Compensation

What T-Mobile did:
I have no lines on my account yet I was charged ******** can u get my money back and I’ve had trouble with a person stealing my phone then adding 7 phones so I changed to a new account but the only way they would fix it was If I paid them over 598$ I need that money I’m on social security disability and I’m paying for a thiefs cell phone I tracked it to Verizon wireless they ported over a stolen phone shouldn’t that be against the law? Please help. Thank you
