What T-Mobile did:
In December 2020, I purchased iphone 12 pro as Tmobile promised me a promo offer – Trade-in my iphone 10 and I will get a one-time credit of $185 and $21 every month with a new line. I purchased the phone and the new line. However, they sent me a damaged phone [cracked screen]. Therefore, I returned the new phone and my trade-in device with the attached return labels Tmobile provided. Tmobile lost the new phone saying UPS driver stole it and canceled my new line without consent. So I purchased another phone as they advised but now they are billing me for 2 devices and won’t honor the promo. I’m being charged $66/mo for 2 devices with no refunds on the taxes I paid on the returned device and with no promo. They processed some credits but they are elusive and seek repeated information everytime I contact them for the past 6 months. They should refund me 1 tax and 1 down of $121 and $101; apply $21 credits and remove 2nd device costs.
