What T-Mobile did:
I switched carriers in Feb of 2018 and made sure I paid my bill with T-Mobile before doing so. A few weeks later I receive a bill in the mail ( I was with T-Mobile for about 3 years and had paperless billing, I never received anything in the mail) and it was for $54. I called and asked for an explanation but no one could give me an answer. They stated someone would reach back out to me with a solution but no one ever did. And then it ended up on my credit report under collections. To this day I still don’t know what the $54 was for.
