T-Mobile Claim for Compensation

What T-Mobile did:
On 2018 myself erik ***** signed up for T-Mobile at the store for an iPhone and a iPad mini 4 after this it was charged by autopay so I never looked at the account. Once my phone stopped working I went on my account to upgrade my phone and I saw a charge of $20 dollars for an unknown tablet device that’s an extra device we don’t have since 2018
