What T-Mobile did:
They are not shutting off my deceased mother’s cell phone. She passed away on May 19, 2021.
I am harmed both emotionally and financially. I have to ignore potential jobs in order to stay on phone trying to resolve the issue and getting upset that I have to keep telling them “What don’t you understand about she is dead”.
