What T-Mobile did:
The service has been terrible for the past 60 days and i changed service but they’re still taking money from my card. They even say i owe ANOTHER “final bill” when my service was prepaid with no contract.
They’re supposed to be mailing me a “final bill” and I’m going to need that bill to be waived, because I’m no longer with T mobile.
