U-Haul Claim for Compensation

What U-Haul did:
I live in New York and was stranded in Florida because Uhaul said they weren’t able to install a hitch. Spent hundreds, probably thousands, on hotels and gas until a week of calling different states uhauls, they finally installed the hitch. They removed my Mercedes pads inside the back bumper to install the hitch and never gave me the pads or put them back in now my car keeps flooding.
