U-Haul Claim for Compensation

What U-Haul did:
I called Uhaul ***-***-**** to make reservation for tow Dolly. Was told needed AmX card because of promotion. Get the card $200, make reservation then told wrong card and couldn’t be processed, needed AMX travel pass visa. I cxl’d reservation! Went to use card this morning and had a .10 cent balance! Called same number and they said couldn’t refund my money!!!
